What My Clients Say

Chris

“I came to Jordan for a leg specific strength & conditioning session to help improve my upcoming running races. During the session, Jordan noticed I had some weakness in my

left glute & poor hamstring mobility.”

Olivia

“I have never worked with a personal trainer before, but knew from my first 1-1 session with Jordan, that I had made the right decision. In the private space of his well-equipped home gym, Jordan made me feel at ease."

Jo

“Working with Jordan over the past six months has made a real difference to my running. His friendly, approachable style immediately puts you at ease, but it’s backed up by a deep knowledge of strength training for runners.”

Most Runners Do This…

You may have already spent good money on premium footwear, top-quality racing gear, advanced watches, recovery protocols (massage guns, gels, shakes etc.), and the rest!

But this won’t fix the underlying causes of the issues you’re facing.

Running strength-based training is one of the most overlooked aspects of running performance and injury prevention.

I know this firsthand, after time out with an achilles injury, I returned to training and through consistent strength work, increased my volume and set PBs in the 10K, 10 mile, and half marathon.
