I have over 10 years of strength and conditioning training experience and love helping those new to resistance training
I have experience in a range of sports from recreational to national level competition




Sessions will last for 50-60 minutes and will include a full warm up prior to carrying out strength exercises
Absolutely not! The introduction to running strength is suitable for all abilities whether you are an experienced lifter or have never stepped foot into a gym
Clothes that are comfortable for you to exercise in and a bottle of water is great!
