My Name is Matt,
I Graduated The University of Hull in 2017 with a degree in Sports Rehabilitation and have worked at Brantingham Parks since my graduation.
My special interest in Rehabilitation has been the shoulder in which I wrote my thesis working with elite swimmers, I originally wanted to go into this field of work as training 20+ hours a week I experienced lots of injuries myself and I figured the knowledge that comes with there qualifications would be usefulIn addition to this I am a fully qualified PT and coach with over 10,000 hours coaching / PT'ing athletes of all levels.
I also hold qualifications in Nutrition, exercise referral, leisure management and post graduate Rehabilitation. Outside of work I am a multisport athlete and have represented Great Britain for over 10 years in the senior male elite category with over 15 British and National titles to my name, a top 10 at World Championship level and a top 5 in Europe.
