For those slightly higher performing runners (17 minute 5k for Men or 20 minute 5k for Women), Kris provides free group training sessions on a Wednesday night, at 6:30pm, across various different locations within Hull & EY.
This is via the committed and supportive local group of runners known as the ‘East Yorkshire Road Runners’.
The group was set up back in 2019, with the goal of raising standards with the area. Here we hope to prove that coming together with like-minded individuals will bring out the best in everyone.
